Description of the problem	When i start driving over 60 mph, the steering wheel and column starts shaking violently, as well as when i apply the brakes or go over rough/patchy road. It feels as though the steering will fall off. Car only has 82,000 miles on it. When i took it to the dealer to get it fixed, they said it was a coupling on the steering column, and they told me it was a wear and tear item. That is ridiculous, because i have had several vehicles over years, some with over 200,000 miles on them and have never experienced this. I had to bite the bullet and pay the price to get it fixed because of how dangerous it felt driving, as if at any moment i could have lost control, causing an accident. The dealer told me this is a common problem with the sonatas, but yet hyundai hasn't recalled them, but did go on to replace them in the newer models, as if leaving owners of the pre-2013 styles to their own devices. Not to mention, countless other problems we have had with the this particular sonata, such as the starer going out with less than 20,000 miles on it, the constant locking of the steering wheel (to which i am afraid it will do while driving), and the radio going out with less than 30,000 miles on it. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life.
