Description of the problem	While in motion at low speeds, the car failed to accelerate and the engine performance was extremely poor. After slowly accelerating, the car would then "sputter" and the engine would lose power (while the car was in motion), causing the car to nearly stop on the road without warning. This caused traffic to back up on the road, and forced cars behind my vehicle to slam on their brakes so as not to rear-end my vehicle.
