Description of the problem	I currently have a 2012 hyundai sonata hybrid with an active loan. I took my car to a local dealership from carmax's repair pal certified shops because my car was shaking and producing a rattling sound. I drove my car to the car repair and was later told my car is no longer starting up and they needed me to get it towed off their lot at my expense. I towed the car to a hyundai repair shop. I was told that my engine is dead and i need a new one. The quote was approximately $10,000 to get a new engine. The insurance company refused to pay for the engine. My car now sits in front of my home (inoperable) while i'm paying off the loan. I cannot afford a new car. I was not told about an engine recall for this model.
