Description of the problem	Engine seized on express way. Had to be towed. Engine replaced. Now we have a recall. Stating "during engine replacements under recall campaign 132 and 162, the high pressure fuel p ipe may have been damaged, misaligned, or improperly torqued during the engine replacement procedure, allowing fuel to leak. A fuel leak in the pressence of an ignition source can increase the risk of fire. We believe we cannot safely drive our vehicle.
