| Description of the problem | Faulty airbag as a result of faulty clock spring. Took vehicle into dealership (due to airbag light), and apparently clock spring part is back-ordered. However, dealer and hyundai corporate told me to continue using vehicle despite faulty clock spring, as the vehicle is still "operable". Extremely disturbed that hyundai corporate would not advise on estimated time of clock spring arrival. This appears to be a major issue, given the back order, which should be investigated asap, as there may be more vehicles on the road with this issue - unbeknownst to drivers. |
