Description of the problem	While driving vehicle in traffic, engine seized while in motion there was enough momentum to pull over to safety, however, the car has not been able to start since. Two master mechanics have been unable to diagnose the issue after running diagnostics. There was no check engine light before or after car seized. Electrical power intact; not a battery issue.
