Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 hyundai sonata. The contact stated that while driving 25 mph, the steering wheel suddenly locked up which caused her to collide into two wooden posts and signs in a grassy area. The brakes would not engage when the contact attempted to stop the vehicle; a hole in the ground stopped the vehicle.
