Description of the problem	I have noticed excess click in the steering column when turning or riding over bumps in the road. In addition, the steering wheel gives a slight resistance when the noise is present. This happens when the vehicle is in motion and when maneuvering the wheel when parking. The problem has been persistent since june of 2017.
