Description of the problem	Whenever i hit a bump or rough road or my speed gets over 60 mph my steering wheel rattles, shakes and makes popping noise. I've done some research and noticed there was a recall back in 2010 but i never received it i guess my car was after the made dates of previous cars with the problem but it soundlike the same problem. I've been on some other sites by googling and i'm not the only one apparently.
