Description of the problem	When turning the steering wheel either on parking or while driving, it makes a popping/clicking noise. During driving it feels like the steering wheel is loose and doesn't provide a full control of the vehicle. If the car goes over a hole on the road or a bump it makes a worst noise. If feels like the whole steering column is loose. During driving on the highway, the problem is not very noticeable until i need to switch lanes or make a sudden movement. The car also feels like pulls to the right hand side and i have to constantly make a correction to keep it going straight. At the hyundai dealership, i was told that there is not a safety recall on this condition and that i'll have to pay for the replacement of the flex coupling which is not cheap. I have also heard that other drivers had to repair the whole steering column/mechanism.
