Description of the problem	During light to moderate acceleration the transmission without warning goes back into a lower gear ( 1st gear ). My first reaction is to let off the accelerator due to high rpm. When this happened the car behind me almost rear ended me. I have taken the car to the dealer once already and i am taking it back again. Unfortunately this is an intermittent problem. Has happened 4 times since jan 2012. My main concern is sometimes we have are granddaughter with us and am afraid that this could cause a accident.
