Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2011 hyundai sonata. While driving highway speeds, an abnormal noise could be heard from the front end of the vehicle. The contact also stated that the door latches failed, which allowed the doors to remain open even when the vehicle was in drive. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the door latches and the front coil springs were defective and needed to be replaced.
