Description of the problem	The low beam headlights on the 2011 hyundai sonata cast a horizontal shadow approx 100ft in front of the car on level pavement. Everything above this line is completely unilluminated. When you travel up and down hills and minor road grade imperfections, this black shadow comes down and completely blocks headlight illumination to just a few feet in front of the car. This is extremely dangerous and disconcerting when driving at night. It is a fundamental design flaw in the headlight system of this car, and hyundai should re-design the headlights on a re-call before someone is killed because of this.
