Description of the problem	With headlights engaged at night (with headlight switch in auto or manual) the dash lights will flicker and headlights will momentarily go out when the turn signal is engaged. The lights will also flicker occasionally without having turn signal engaged. The parking lights will come on and stay on after ignition is turned off with headlamp switch in automatic mode while car is parked.
