Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 hyundai sonata. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 15v568000 (engine); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (southern states hyundai of raleigh, 2511 wake forest rd, raleigh, nc 27609) and was informed that he would have to pay to have the vehicle inspected for the noise coming from the left side of the motor. The manufacturer was contacted at 800-633-5151 and stated that the vin was included in the recall and was not sure why the dealer was not repairing the vehicle. The manufacturer also stated that they would contact the dealer, but had not at the time of the complaint. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
