Description of the problem	In august of 2011, i purchased a used 2011 hyundai sonata. It already had about 11,000 miles when i purchased it. In august of 2014... I was driving to work when i heard some weird noises and the car's engine stallled and i rolled to a complete stop. The engine was dead. I had the car towed to my mechanic and he said he found "shavings' when opening things up. He could not figure out what had caused this failure and basically told me... Parts failure. I called the dealership and they said that since i was a second owner, the 100,000 mile warranty did not apply to me. So i had to pay 5600 dollars to have the engine replaced by my mechanic. Now... I get a recall notice saying that my car was being recalled for "excees metal debris may have been generated from factory machining operations. This debris can be forced into the connectiong rod oiling passagesrestricting oil flow to the bearings and increasing of premature bearing wear." do i need to be reimmbursed for a new engine?!!!!!
