Description of the problem	There appears to be something wrong with the car's electrical system. While driving at night, the headlights flicker, and the radio/clock lights flicker on and off when the turn signals are used. In addition, about a month ago i was driving in the rain, and had the a/c running. Whenever the windscreen wipers were running, the car's engine lost power and felt like it was going to cut off. When the electrical load was reduced, the engine operated normally. I had the alternator checked and was told that it was functioning fine.
