Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 hyundai sonata. The contact was driving approximately 65 mph and attempting to merge into a second lane to avoid a vehicle from crashing into her when the steering wheel became abnormally stiff. The contact stated that the failure would occur sporadically without warning.
