| Description of the problem | Defective rear brakes. One rear brake pad was down to metal. Grinding and smoking. Pads and rotors were replaced by hyundai dealer. Now at 38,000 miles car is in local shop for same work. One of three pads are down to metal. Diagnosed as defective brake caliper. Claim will be made to hyundai but many others have been denied per internet and n. Y. Class action lawsuit. This is considered to be a possible safety issue. |
