Description of the problem	Tl* the contact rented a 2009 hyundai sonata. The contact stated that the front windshield tint blocked 15% of the upper half of the window. While driving at night, the tint would obstruct 50% of the contacts view of the road. His view was extremely opaque due to the headlights on passing vehicles.
