Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2009 hyundai sonata. While driving 25 mph, he slowed the vehicle down and began approaching a curb when the vehicle accelerated on it's own. The driver took his foot off of the brakes then he engaged the brakes again in order to drive onto the emergency lane.
