| Description of the problem | Premature rear brake wear at 22k on oct 2010 caused failed safety inspection at dealer. Inside rear brake pads rubbing. Replaced pads and cleaned sliders myself and passed inspection. Rear brake pads hung again on mar 2011 causing hot wheel. I replaced the sliders with new and filed the metal tabs of pads and used anti-seize compound to prevent sticking. If this doesn't work i'll contact hyundai for caliper failure. |
