Description of the problem	I have a 2008 hyundai sonata whose driver side sun visor broke. While moving the visor into position a small piece of plastic broke from the visor. Now the visor randomly falls from it's position at the ceiling onto the driver's head. Despite wearing sun glasses there are times the use of the visor is critical - esp when driving into the sun. Also the unexpected movement causes a startle reaction compromising the driver's attention to traffic.
