Description of the problem	Beginning in october 2011 the driver's side sun visor began to "sag" and not stay in the up position. The condition has progressively gotten worse and now the visor is always in the fully extended down position which impairs visibility. Hyundai has issued a technical service bulletin (service campaign t97) that covers replacement of the visor. However, even though this condition started to appear when the vehicle was still under the 5 year/60,000 mile warranty, the local dealer indicates the repair will cost $157 because the current odometer is now over 60,000 miles. This is a safety hazard with 2008 hyundai sonatas as evidenced by the large volume of consumer complaints that appear on various websites.
