Description of the problem	The passenger side visor is broken and will not stay in upright position. The visor causes severe visibility issues because it will not flip up and is instead flipped down. This is a severe defect that needs to be addressed. The dealership refuses to fix it unless i am willing to pay for the replacement. The visor "broke" while not in use.
