Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 hyundai sonata. While driving approximately 30 mph, the vehicle slid on ice and crashed into a snow bank without warning. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained injuries that required medical attention. A police report was not filed. A tow truck was called to pull the vehicle out of the snow bank and the vehicle was able to be driven to the contact's residence. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and repaired; however, one day later, the passenger and driver side air bag warning lights were consistently illuminated. The failure recurred each time the vehicle was started. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the air bag sensors in both seats needed to be replaced.
