| Description of the problem | I am writing to complain that both of my sun visors in my 2007 hyundai sonata will not stay in the upright position. From researching this problem it sounds like i am among thousands of hyundai sonata owners having the very same issue. I contacted my local hyundai dealership and they said this item is not covered by the warranty, or extended warranty, and the cost will be over $100 each! This is ridiculous. This is a safety issue, and i believe that it should be a covered item, or better yet, it should be a recalled defect!! Thank you. *js |
