| Description of the problem | About a year ago the sun visor on the passenger side would not stay in the up position. I checked for any recalls, but there were none. Now the driver side sun visor no longer will stay in the up position. I have researched and discovered that there are many complaints online about this problem occurring with many other 2007 sonatas. I think most people are not aware that they can file a complaint online here about this problem. Visibility is a constant problem as the visor will not stay up and makes driving difficult. Hyundai has not responded favorably to my inquiries. How many complaints does it take before this type of problem is resolved by hyundai/ thank you for your time. |
