Description of the problem	My 2007 sonata driver's sunvisor locked up at around 58000 miles and when i attempted to lower it the internal components of the sunvisor broke loose causing the sunvisor to drop down in my line of sight while driving. If raised out of my line of vision it would drop unexpectedly, blocking my line of sight leaving me in danger of hitting another car or person. I took my car to the hyundai dealer and they replaced the sunvisor at no cost to me. Approximately 4 months later the passenger side sunvisor did the same thing. Once again i returned to the hyundai dealer and they replaced the passenger side sunvisor at no cost to me. At 90000 miles the driver side sunvisor once again locked up with the same resulting malfunction occurring. This time the hyundai dealer said my car was out of warranty and it would cost me $160. 00 to have it replaced. This is a terrible safety hazard to have the sunvisor drop down with out warning blocking your line of sight while driving in heavy traffic. A recall should be done since while surfing the web i discovered many people have encountered the same problem.
