| Description of the problem | The driver side sunvisor on my 2007 hyundai sonata randomly falls down from down from its retired position. This occurred again this past week and obscured my vision while traveling at a speed of about 50mph on a two lane road near my home. I momentarily was not in full control of the vehicle and almost ran off the road into a ditch due to my vision obstruction. Once i flipped the visor back up i regained control of my vehicle with my heart in my throat. I really believe that the defective visor almost killed me because it randomly flopped down, blocking my view of the road. This visor issue has been going on for a few months now and this time it really almost killed me. I will be getting this fixed next week, but there should be a recall on the part. |
