| Description of the problem | The driver side sun visor fell down while driving and will not stay in the previous locked position. Internet searches show many other drivers with this same issue and all being told that a repair out of warranty is over $200 for a visor. This is a major safety issue and i have tried everything from velcro (works until it get hot and then falls off) to bungee cords, rubber bands, and even a magnet. When you do needs the visor to protect from the sun all of these temp fixes prevent the safe switch to flipping down the visor. At first you could position the visor to block the sun now it just hangs straight down. |
