Description of the problem	Sun visor failure. The plastic surrounding the internal metal rod at the base of the rotational hinge has shattered. No tension exists in the visor anymore so it just freely dangles... Right in the line of vision of the driver. It is an estimated $120 replacement; $120 i am not willing to spend on a two minute procedure. This replacement visor procedure should be a complimentary operation to protect the well-being of our drivers. I've noticed that dozens of other complaints have been filed to nhtsa expressing concern for this very topic.
