Description of the problem	The driver and passenger sun visors do not stay in the upright position. They fall down while driving, causing visibility problems and potential head injury. Contacted dealer, and then escalated thru hyundai regional service organization to get this addressed according to hyundai technical service bulletin 08-01-029, hyundai recall campaign t64. Hyundai refused to service vehicle under the recall, despite the vin being included in the recall classification.
