| Description of the problem | While i was driving down the highway, the driver's side visor spontaneously fell down blocking my view. The visor would no longer stay in an upright position. After doing some research, this appears to be a common issue with the model year of my vehicle. Hyundai has a technical service bulletin out for numerous states, but apparently, it doesn't cover my state and vehicle. They are refusing to repair the visor at no cost to me, even though this appears to be a safety issue. It's concerning there is no recall that has been issued for this issue. |
