Description of the problem	Vehicle was taken to hyundai because the airbag light was illuminated, and the passenger seat belt reminder light would blink when no one was in the seat. After a diagnostic test, the dealership advised this was due to a faulty airbag sensor in the passenger seat, that was part of the actual seat. The replacement seat cushion was going to cost upwards of $1200, with the installed price of over $1500! After looking at the nhtsa complaints, i saw i am not the only one who has had this problem. A quick google search also showed a plethora of other complaints in regards to this issue. There is obviously a major issue with the sensors/airbag/seat belt system in these vehicles, and i am hoping a recall will be issued. Hyundai could not tell me if this issue would affect my airbag system or not. Thank you.
