Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 hyundai sonata. The headlights are not projecting a sufficient amount of light onto the road at night. The failure occurs at any speed. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer on three occasions. The first time, the dealer attempted to raise the headlights, but this did not correct the failure. Instead, it only blinded oncoming drivers in the opposite lanes. The second time, the dealer switched the headlights with another vehicle of the same year, make, and model, however, the failure recurred. The third time, the dealer wanted to raise the headlights again, but the contact refused. He called the district office in new jersey and was informed that nothing could be done.
