Description of the problem	There is a recall #083 (08v161000) that is exactly my issue. The airbag light stays on and it was diagnosed as the passenger seat sensor that is causing the issue. The cost of repair is $1500. 00. Spoke with hyundai and they advised that my car was not marked for recall. We have spoken with a number of junk yards thinking we could obtain a used seat to correct this issue. We have been advised that this issue is wide spread and they cannot keep seats in stock due to the seat sensor issue. I cannot pass my state inspection without this fix. I find it difficult to understand that my car is not covered by this recall. Please register this complaint and let me know if i have any other recourse. Thank you (xxxx)
