Description of the problem	The air bag light stays on all the time and the passenger seat belt light blinks whether someone is in the passenger seat or not. My mechanic told me the air bag sensor in the passenger seat no longer works, but he couldn't tell me if the air bag would deploy in an accident. I've read on the internet there was a recall on the passenger seat air bag sensor but when i called hyundai corporate they couldn't find a recall. I think the recall was closed but it needs to be reopened again because this is very dangerous and the air bag sensor by itself costs almost $1,100 not including labor. A lot of people can't afford that and therefore will not get it fixed. Which means hyundai is going to eventually get sued because of this problem. How many people are going to get seriously hurt or killed before hyundai does something about this? I've read over and over on the internet that this is a real problem for people with hyundai's. It's always the passenger air bag sensor that malfunctions. Thank you for anything you can do to get the hyundai passenger air bag recalled.
