Description of the problem	1.) i entered my car and noticed my driver side sun visor was down. I pushed it back to the upright position, but it just fell back down. 2.) it is like the spring or mechanism that holds it in place just stopped working. 3.) i have not yet heard back from the dealer about replacing the visor. When the visor is down i can not see the stop lights and have to keep holding the visor up, so my sight is not impaired.
