Description of the problem	I have a 2006 hyundai sonata and have had the driver's side visor break on me 3 times, each through normal usage. When it initially breaks while driving the visor will drop into the drivers view with the inability to move it out of the way. After a while of driving with one hand, i had forced it out of the way, which further caused breakage of the tension and allowing me to move it to the side. However, it will only stay down at this point. Internet searches with "hyundai sonata visor" will show cases of multiple breakages for many owners. For example here: http://www. Fixya. Com/cars/t867360-sun_visor_drivers_side i'm sure further investigation of warranty claims for this part will reveal cases as well. The date listed is the 3rd time this has happened to me. In addition, further safety concerns with their lack of stock. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks, driving without a visor, which has become very difficult at times with the sun in the eyes. Do we need a terrible accident to occur in order to cause them to redesign a simple yet important piece?
