Description of the problem	The hyundai sonata mine is an'06 has a strut problem in that it "thunks" on certain road surfaces and back into or out of driveways, i have tried in vain to get hyundai corporate to do something about this problem only to fall on deaf ears, the edmonds car space forum is full of complaints about his problem. Factory reps say they cannot hear anything, dealers say there is nothing wrong with the car and it is up to corporate to issue a recall on these vehicles. This is a totally frustrating problem that they see fit to ignore and yet they have tsbs on two other of their vehicles with the same identical problem but choose to ignore the sonata and azera which have the same problem. Everybody on the forum has tried in vain to get hyundai corporate to do something about, but nothing we can do is moving them.
