| Description of the problem | On my way to work one morning i noticed that i had next to no pressure in my brakes. When i had my neighbor investigate what was wrong, he noticed that my hard brake lines were so rusted and corroded due to snow/salt/etc, that my brake line nearly crumbled to the touch. I had to replace this brake line for my car to be safe. The person that worked on my car informed me that there is a groove that this line sits in, which caused it to sit with the salt/snow that corroded it. My car is only 7 years old, and i take very good care of it. This is in my opinion a very dangerous. |
