Description of the problem	2006 hyundai sonata rear brakes worn down at twice the rate of the front brakes. While driving without applying brakes, there is constant scraping noise from the rear brakes. When braking, the noise turns into grinding. Replaced rear brakes and rotors with new parts, and the problem still occurs. Dealership stated it is due to rust buildup on the calipers, but could not explain why new pads and rotors, and a cleaned/greased caliper did not fix the noise.
