Description of the problem	On two occasions, while driving in the rain, the battery light turns on, the steering wheel locks and the car stalls. Once i stop and turn the car off and back on, it runs as normal. On three other occasions, the battery light will come on for a couple of minutes, steering wheel locks, but car still drives, then the seatbelt light flashes on for may 20 seconds, then all lights go off and the car drives back to normal. I have taken my car to the hyundai dealership on two occasions and they are unable to "duplicate" the problem, so no fix can be performed.
