Description of the problem	When the temperature outside is high (upper 90s and more), after coming to a stop or slowing down, the engine seizes. It seems the engine doesn't engage or the transfer from the battery to the engine power doesn't engage or something. Also sometimes when coming to a stop and the brake is engaged, the car lurches forward like it won't stop. This started last summer and i took it in and they worked on it and it was better for a little while, not completely fixed, but now it has started again (with the heat) and it is worse than before.
