Description of the problem	Good morning, i'm reaching here because hyundai had been neglecting helping me with a recall the vehicle has. The vehicle is in the dominican republic. The vehicle is at the magna hyundai, official dealer from hyundai in the dominican republic. I'm attaching the last email corporate hyundai usa sent me. All i'm asking is to fix the engine failure because of the recall. The dealer in the dominican us willing to cooperate if hyundai usa gives them the green light.
