Description of the problem	On two separate occasions while driving on the highway, call lost power and would not operate in a normal fashion. Rpm gauge was highly erratic and pushing the accelerator to the floor did not result in increased speed. The first time i took it in, they said nothing was wrong with it. The 2nd time i had to have it towed, as it would no longer start. That time they told me it was a catastrophic engine failure caused by a spark plug.
