| Description of the problem | Occasionally right after i fill the car with gas there is an overpowering odor of gas inside the car for a day or so. I live in new jersey, where self-service is not allowed, and sometimes they fill it to the absolute limit, which may be the cause. Regardless, this is terribly unsafe because gasoline fumes are toxic. The odor is not from a little spillage on the body of the car, from the hose at the gas station. It is inside the car, and very strong. The date below is only the most recent date. This has happened several times. |
