| Description of the problem | During my scheduled oil change on january 16,2021 i've learned that car engine burns oil. According to technician, instead of 5 quarts only 1. 5 was drained plus he showed me soot deposits on exhaust pipe, which is indicative of oil burning. He mentioned that this condition is potentially dangerous, because when engine is out of oil damage an occur. Car does not have a lot of mileage on it, so im wondering why given issue exists and if there are any recalls regarding it. Thank you! |
