| Description of the problem | Nhtsa recall number20v520000 - hyundai contacted us with a notice about the recall and the risk that our car may burst into flames while driving, however they are not offering to fix the issue. In the notice they simply say there is no solution, so please park your car outside away from your house in case it catches fire. I don't understand how it is acceptable to leave this issue unaddressed. I am looking into purchasing a new car because i don't feel safe putting my family in my current car. Hyundai did not offer any solutions at all, not to fix, replace, or repurchase the vehicle. |
